Pt 2 of my wedding ensemble: Hair and Make up

Thank you so much guys for all your likes and comments about the dress I wore to the wedding on the wknd πŸ™‚ I didn’t want to overdo it yesterday so today I’ll show you a closer look of my hair and make up.

I didn’t really do anything spectacular with my hair. It was hot and I was getting ready at my parents house so I did not have all my “tools” with me lol. I just left my hair curly and pinned it to the side in a little low side bun and left curls out around my face. I added a gold beaded headband.

As for my make up. I knew I wanted to make my eyes really pop and use one solid colour. I went back and forth between green and gold but I went with green as gold is a hit or miss for me. Sometimes it compliments me and other times washes me out.. hm..

On my eyes: GOSH Effect Powder eyeshadow in this gorgeous sparkly green.

I love this shadow. Actually I love this collection. Extremely pigmented, long lasting and just so beautiful. It’s perfect for fancy occasions because of its shimmer effect.

I applied this all over my eyelid, with some thick black liquid liner and mascara. That’s all.

On my cheeks: MAC warm soul blush and GOSH giant sun bronzer.

On my lips: Coral Ambition by Maybelline Color Whisper

  1. Great look! πŸ™‚ I love your lips & eyeshadow – perfect! πŸ™‚
I would love it if you would check out my blog & follow if you like it! πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks girl. I appreciate that. Sometimes I feel I have to tone down certain make up looks or clothing choices because I feel it would be too loud with my hair but this time I thought what the hell lol

  2. That eyeshadow colour is perfect for your brown eyes. I should get a chocolate toned eye shadow for my green eyes. Your blus is perfect as well. Your hair looks fabulous. How do you dry and style it so it stays that texture?
